Bar

Bar is an unremarkable town, which I reached by taking an old weary train from Podgorica. I liked the old town and the waterfall.

Budva

Budva is a resort town with a nice beach. Russian is widely spoken. I liked that the nearby supermarket offered to grill purchased meat for free.

Kotor

Kotor is very touristy with a beautiful old town. It’s only 21 km by road from Budva, but it takes two hours due to traffic.

Herceg Novi

Herceg Novi is a bright, pleasant town. It seems calm during the day, but there are street fights at night.
