Lugano
Lugano is a city in the Italian-speaking canton of Ticino in Switzerland. I went here by BlaBlaCar from Milan for €5. The journey takes about 1h10m.

Lugano lies on the Lugano Lake, which is surrounded by mountains just like Como. I wanted to take a ridiculously expensive funicular up the mountain, but it was closed.

The Italian who drove me to Lugano warned me that everything in Switzerland is awfully expensive. So I went to the local big supermaket called Migros to eat, which has a nice cafeteria. It also sells ice tea with an absolutely awful obnoxious design.

And it seems it doesn’t sell alcohol. I’m going back to Italia.
